Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our chickens being NPIP/AI tested which allows us to not only sale and ship across state lines but helps ensure our birds are infected and contributing to the spread of Avian Influenza. As such, we are unable to take birds back once they have left our hands. We can suggest a local farm for terminal processing or several avenues to utilize for trying to sell your birds.
